Was Great, Once Upon a Time
I LOVE The Farmers Bank and the people who work there! They have taken care of my family’s banking needs for nearly 25 years! Once the mobile app came online, I was ecstatic! I could handle my banking on my phone or iPad. I used the app constantly; checking when deposits were credited, when checks cleared, paying bills. It was amazing and changed my life…until recent updates. I have had issues and when I call for help, I get answers like: you need to update your phone, your phone is using a BETA operating system, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app (I have done so numerous times!). Using my iPhone, I can see my bill paying activity EXCEPT all dates are “(null)”…so I can’t tell when they are to process. Using my iPad, I can get into the app, see my account balance, but when I go to pay bills, I get the “circle of death,” the little circle that says “processing” and nothing ever loads. Eventually, I get a message that it has timed out. I can use my desktop computer and go online, but that negates the convenience of a mobile app. PLEASE fix the app!

Currently Down
This App is a must for my account and I check it a few times daily. It currently won’t load and simply crashes after IOS was updated to 16.4 please fix this issue ASAP!

After updating my phone today I am not able to get into the app it force closes as soon as I tap on it
