Was Great, Once Upon a Time
I LOVE The Farmers Bank and the people who work there! They have taken care of my family’s banking needs for nearly 25 years! Once the mobile app came online, I was ecstatic! I could handle my banking on my phone or iPad. I used the app constantly; checking when deposits were credited, when checks cleared, paying bills. It was amazing and changed my life…until recent updates. I have had issues and when I call for help, I get answers like: you need to update your phone, your phone is using a BETA operating system, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app (I have done so numerous times!). Using my iPhone, I can see my bill paying activity EXCEPT all dates are “(null)”…so I can’t tell when they are to process. Using my iPad, I can get into the app, see my account balance, but when I go to pay bills, I get the “circle of death,” the little circle that says “processing” and nothing ever loads. Eventually, I get a message that it has timed out. I can use my desktop computer and go online, but that negates the convenience of a mobile app. PLEASE fix the app!

Currently Down
This App is a must for my account and I check it a few times daily. It currently won’t load and simply crashes after IOS was updated to 16.4 please fix this issue ASAP!

After updating my phone today I am not able to get into the app it force closes as soon as I tap on it

Just One Issue
This app has been absolutely the best thing ever. It is effortless to pay bills and check balances. The LAST update causes a small problem for me. The confirmation number on my paid bills is now SMALL white letters in a bright green background. Before they were green on a white background and I could see them fairly well, but the white letters on a green background hare harder to see. If the confirmation numbers were larger, this would be a perfect app and these old eyes would be happier!

Super User Friendly!
I am a new bank customer and I am really enjoying the app. Even depositing a check using the app is extremely self explanatory.

This app is quick and easy to use. Only downfall is to transfer money to another account of yours you have to enter your password every time.
