Best bank ever

I’ve dealt with probably about 25 banks over my 70 years and this one is the best in terms of customer service, friendliness and getting things done quickly. I do wish they worked with my Personal Capital app where I keep track of all my finances.

SLOW to load!

The app is functional but it loads SO slowly or sometimes not at all (times out). I have another banking app (from a bigger bank) that loads many times faster from exactly the same geographical location.

The app is a joke

This app works 25 percent of the time on a good day. Currently working on changing everything over to a different bank.

Long time patron

I’ve been with the Farmers Bank for 38 years. Everyone has always been so helpful. I could not ask for a better bank. The people that work there have ALWAYS been top notch! Thank you for all you do!!!

Pending deposit

Would like to see pending deposits and also be able to view monthly statements

Terrible

The app always freezes. I have an iPhone X fully updated so there shouldn’t be an issue on my part. One day it works. Then it doesn’t. No notifications for scheduled maintenance so we are left in the dark. Can’t login to website half of the time either. Sad. Need a new bank.

Really slick new app!

The features of this app rival any of the apps I've seen with a larger megabanks. I really love the fingerprint feature as well as the well organized menus. I have a lot of accounts with this hometown bank and they are all easy to read. Overall, it's very user-friendly

GREAT APP!!!!!

The personal service of a small town community bank with all the special features of mobile banking that you could ever want. Love the lock it feature allows me to take personal control over my banking accounts.
