FBY Team App is an employee self- scheduling software/app. This app includes various capabilities, which include shift confirmation, request time-off, clock-in/out, self-scheduling, safety check, and for booking and time following necessities. Self-SCHEDULING/SHIFT CONFIRMATION Employees and Team members are able to receive and recognize changes to their shifts, as well as confirm their own schedules.CLOCK-IN/CLOCK-OUTBy using the app, employees and team members may record meal breaks, clock inand out of shifts, and do safety checks without requiring a separate time capturedevice at each location. As a consequence, managers receive accurate time captureand compliance records in real time, alerting them to absentee workers and latearrivals.ACCESSIBLESupervisors can receive submissions from employees/team members indicating theiravailability. As a result, less time is spent making timetables. Supervisors may alsoutilise the availability module to rapidly identify substitutes for missed shifts withouthaving to spend hours phoning around.
