Good idea, badly managed
I’ve been playing for a few years but they trap you with subscriptions that are unfair - allowing to pause only for higher tier subscriptions no matter what. Having been injured through a match I could not pause or cancel my subscription without losing my account details and statistics.
It’s attitude to player safety is also blasé - no advice on kit, boots, keeper gloves or shin pads and when somebody is injured in a game - they distance themselves from any responsibility and support.
Finally, their 10 hour pre-match cancellation policy is deeply unfair: whether you are injured, unwell, run over in the street or in a life and death situation - they maintain their policy and do not refund their credits under any circumstance. Furthermore, dealing with their customer service is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered and I’d advise people to be wary of these aspects before signing up.

Membership is stealing your money
This app works on a monthly renewal subscription scheme. The trick is, that if you don’t want to continue your membership and you cancel, whatever credits you’ve got in your account are removed. Meaning that if you don’t play for the 4 times a month you paid for x or y reason you still have to pay for credits for each month, do you’ll be accumulating credits everytime if you’re not using all what you’ve paid for the month. If you want to downgrade they’ll charge you more for less credits and if you want to cancel (pause) there’s no way with the membership I purchased so they cancel your account because you don’t renew and they remove whatever credits you had. Which is a bit of a scam, very weird system.

Cancelled my membership and they automatically renewed it. They also won’t refund the amount of money back even though I’m not going to use the credit
