Freezes up during use
This app continually freezes up almost every single time I attempt to use it. First Citizens should have a priority of making their app a quality extension of everything else they do.

This app is awful, every time I log on to check my balances or deposit a check it’s not working. I have to run to the brick and mortar just to check a balance it’s not a very efficient system and it’s just frustrating to have to run for banking information that should be readily available on the app.

PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!
I’ve been banking with FCCB for a while now and genuinely like the bank itself, but the mobile app is a completely different story. It is extremely not user friendly and feels very outdated, like it hasn’t been meaningfully updated in years.
The biggest issue is how poorly everything is organized. There’s no clear or reliable way to view pending transactions, account holds, or anything like that. Money either comes out or it doesn’t, and if something seems off, there’s no easy way to track down what happened. That’s a huge problem when you’re trying to manage your finances responsibly.
The layout is confusing, important information is hard to find, and overall it just feels clunky and behind the times compared to other banking apps. It desperately needs a redesign to improve organization and usability.

Out of date, poor excuse for an app.
Been two years since last update. Doesn’t support Zelle. Doesn’t support modern Security like fido2
This app sucks
I literally can’t eat tonight because this app refuses to work in any of its basic functions 🙃🙃🙃
