Wishy washy!!!!

When I really need to unlock my card it never WORKS!!!!! I have delete the APP then reinstall all the time for it to work when I REALLY NEED it!!!!!!

iPhone problem

When I open this app on the iPhone the first time it works fine. After that it won’t open again until I turn off my phone and turn it back on. Works fine on Samsung though
