User difficulty
Needs a comprehensive guide on how to use the app , example the ability to delete something you have added to calendar.

Used this app since I got on the job. Love it actually. Couldnt find a feedback feature though so here we are.
Recently realized MLK day was either removed or never there in the calendar. I see Valentines day though, not relevant to my schedule, RSOTs, childcare, etc though. Its a holiday, which is important for a myriad of reasons including scheduling. Wondering what other federal holidays im missing or is it only specific ones…🤔

Very useful. No issues

Good for work schedule. All of a sudden won’t save events on calendar
Older version was better. This version not working. Especially adding events. Idk what happened but needs to be fixed.

Bring back old version
This app was perfect with the old version.. since the update I barely put in mutuals or anything important.. if anyone creates a similar app like the old one please contact me as myself and 10000 other firefighters will switch over..

Accidentally automatically updated after I held onto the old version since the “upgrade” and it’s horrible, please change the app back to how it was! Way too cluttered with the new version! Also, what is up with removing Columbus Day and replacing it with “Indigenous People’s Day”??? Is this app racist against Italians?? This is a celebrated holiday in the FDNY with a parade and everything, this is absolutely ridiculous!

Since the new version came out, overtime hours do not add up properly. No problems with hours on the old version
Good app numbers need work
It’s a good app and could be a lot better if the yearly numbers in the paycheck were accurate. Bring back the older version
Put back to old version
Older version worked perfect. All the extra stuff makes it complicated to work and the over time hours don’t add up correct anymore. This new update is the worst.
I was a beta tester.
I enjoyed the app. It was upgraded all around honestly. The paycheck feature up front was awesome!!

Most of Us were disappointed in the update 6.0 at first, I emailed Jeff and expressed my concerns and unfamiliarity navigating around the update.. He told me to goto the help section and everything would be explained. There have been two “tweaks” released to the update that have addressed many concerns and issues. Be patient, its a great app and i’ve been using it since day one. I am sure they will have it streamlined and tailored to the best of our needs…

Please fix this app. Version 6 is HORRIBLE
How do I get back to the previous version? Version 6 is terrible. I accidentally updated it and can’t figure it out. Please fix this. I’ve been using this app for over 10 years and it worked fine as is. Why did you change it and make it worse?

New Version stinks! Erased all my old events now have to link up to icalendar! Garbage!
