Great App for Fire Departments!
The Ladder App is hands-down one of the most intuitive and well-designed tools I’ve used. From alarm notifications, pre- planning, work orders , member activity tracking , duty assignment this app is great! The interface is incredibly easy to navigate with clean, straightforward controls that make it user friendly from day one.
One of my absolute favorite features is the critical alert functionality. No matter what mode your phone is on—whether it is set to Do Not Disturb, silent, or focus mode—you never have to worry about missing an alarm. That reliability alone sets it apart from anything else on the market.
Beyond the app itself, the customer service and support team are top-tier. They are responsive, genuinely helpful, and consistently rolling out new features that continually improve the user experience. Seamlessly provides information between Dispatch and Responding units. Integrated reporting and work orders make operations run smoothly.
Ladder
Ladder is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredible, and I have used just about every dispatching system out there. Without a doubt, Ladder is hands down the best dispatching program I have ever used. The system, the support, and the staff are all outstanding. Truly the best!

Much Needed
To me this is a much needed app for anyone in a fire/rescue dept. Works as it should with no known issues. Very curious if it will ever become Apple car play and android auto capable in the furture for when in the car?
