Food Late and Cold, No Communication & Refund Hasn’t Been Processed
So my best friend told me about this app and I was really excited to try it so we did. We ordered our food the day before and were told that the order would be delivered between 11 AM and 1 PM on Thursday, July 9. This worked perfectly for us because we needed to leave our location no later than 1:40 PM. 1 PM comes and our food has not arrive, we have not heard from anyone and I sent numerous tickets through the app but no communication. I received a text at 1:20 PM stating that the order would be there within 15 to 35 minutes and that they experienced a high-volume that day which is understandable but you don’t wait until 20 minutes after the delivery is supposed to be there to tell someone that their food is late. We know that. I get a call at 1:27 PM that the driver is at the front door. My friend goes to get the food and we literally have 13 minutes to eat and pack up our stuff. I was told that my refund will be processed and it still has not been processed as of today, Tuesday, July 14. Again, I submitted multiple inquiries through the app and no one has contacted me via call, text or email.
This is ridiculous. I won’t order again.

App problem
The app would not let me change the number of sandwiches, why? All I get is a blank screen when I tried to edit my order. Colleen Friend

Just downloaded this app because of Roy Choi’s post on Ig this is what we all need to do contribute to make a difference LOVE THIS APP!!!!!

Love the idea behind this app. Looks sleek and easy to use. Would love you to add lower price points for the donation meals. If I could do $10-$20, I’d do it in a heartbeat!

I placed an order on Friday for delivery to my school on Monday. It said my order would be deliver somewhere between 11-1. I left work at 1:30 and my order never showed up. Been trying to contact ever since to get a refund but have gotten no response. Wish there was an easier way to track order/ contact someone
