This does not provide anything beyond the symptoms guide and the old version of the script. Save your money and buy the actual book.

Not as offered

I bought this so I can have the list of negative feelings and the replacement words like the app offered. There is no list of negative feelings, just health related stuff. I bought it because it professed to be the same thing as the reference cards, which it is not.

This used to be such a helper app when it had the réframe options for the script (both for physical symptoms and the feelings section). Now it’s just underwhelming. Not sure why they decided to dis-include most of the features?
