Doesn’t work
Could have been great
I reached out to CS and they promptly advised they would look into it, however, 2 days later I’ve not received a resolution. I’m very unhappy to have wasted $65.

App is so difficult!
My Answer
Easy to navigate & great classes too!
I so appreciate my FeetUp trainer and would not have imagined half of the moves I can do with it w/o these classes. It’s a great resource.
Clean design and easy to navigate too!

Great app and classes
Response from developer
We wholeheartedly understand how frustrating it is when our app crashes, Bikeflea! We've made many huge improvements over the past few months to ensure you can enjoy the videos without any interruption. We'd love to be more present and available to help you (or anyone) who encounters any issues... please reach out to help@feetup.com with any feedback or questions you have! In the meantime, we hope you've been able to enjoy the FeetUp Experience and would love to figure out how to turn this into a 5 star review :)
Missing someClasses
There are far to many classes that teach a move or something and not enough do the weekly flow.
Response from developer
Great feedback, Jennie! All YouTube classes are on their way to the app. In some cases, it takes a week or two. Our instructors have put a lot of time into self-producing content during the pandemic, and we are doing our best to upload everything as soon as possible. We really appreciate your enthusiasm and are working hard to provide the best FeetUp Experience possible. Thank you for growing with us! With your help, we hope to find a way to turn this into a 5 star review :)
logging time
Response from developer
Great questions, LadyLuv! We've hammered out the casting issues in our newest version. If you haven't already, please take a moment to update your app and let us know how it works for you (help@feetup.com). The inversion timer goes into effect when you flip the camera upside down as you practice. While originally thought to be a fun way of tracking the time you spend upside down, we recognize it's a system that needs a tune up and are working to deliver an update in the next version! Again, thank you for your feedback-- we hope to turn this into a 5 star review :)
Airplay not working
Response from developer
What a frustrating issue! We were able to resolve the casting issue in the most recent update, and hope you've been able to enjoy it. For a quicker and more responsive resolution for technical issues, please contact us directly via email (help@feetup.com). We've got a whole team of people ready to help, and are ready to do whatever it takes to turn this into a 5-star review :)
Love the FeetUp Trainer, so-so on the app
2. I do not like the auto play and would like to be able to turn it off.
3. Instructors need to acknowledge that students are watching on an app on their phones and unable to cast to the television. There has to be some sort of instruction on where to put our phones. I’m constantly behind bc I can’t see what’s happening and need to move my phone.
4. Misha needs more videos. While I’m resistant to labeling things “full-figure” bc ANYONE can do ANY yoga I enjoy her videos the most. I love how she teaches and how she is not dramatic at all about having a belly. She just says “I move my foot out this way to make room for the belly.”
5. Quality of some videos is questionable. I loved a morning flow with Lea but was so distracted by it being outside, hearing traffic, and her being hard to see half in sunlight and half in shadows.
6. I think $19.99 is a little steep for an app I have to watch on my phone (which causes frustration bc instructors move around the trainer quite a bit)
There is not a ton of yoga content, especially actual beginner flows that are longer than 10ish minutes) which is why I signed up and why I bought the trainer.
All this being said I bought the FeetUp when I received a targeted ad on Facebook and I do not regret it all. The app needs a lot of work to be as good as some of the competition (Downward Dog is my favorite - no frills, no bright colors, great quality, super easy filtering to quickly find what you’re look for) but the trainer itself is amazing. My husband uses it and my neighbor is getting one as well. I am going to try some YouTube flows and see if it’s less frustrating on a larger screen.

This is very insightful feedback, Monk, and are very thankful for your input. We've definitely put a lot of time into creating videos for beginners, and understand that users want more than tutorials. While there are plenty of full classes available, we certainly understand the frustrating of having to search for them. Our teachers and content development team are always working on better ways organize and tag videos to make that process easier. We also agree that autoplay should be a choice, and will be addressing that in the next update! You also raise an important point about the sound and video quality of the live classes. Our teachers have had to deal with the unique challenge of self-producing content during a global lockdown. We decided with certain classes that it's better to provide something helpful instead of nothing at all, and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to deliver content. Regarding price, we've since adjusted the rates to make the FeetUp Experience to ensure more people can confidently practice with us while we steadily grow alongside them! We here at FeetUp are sincerely appreciative for your business, and will do our best to turn this into a 5 star review :)
