Worst experience!
I had issues in joining the call using app. Another therapist joined the session without notification from the team. Very mismanaged.
No responses.
There’s an option to chat with the therapists but none of them reply. Their slots are usually unavailable and when raised a ticket no one even replies. How is this app made to help people especially if it’s a mental health helping app ?

DO NOT go to felicity for your mental health issues.. rather reach out to therapist in your region. They will never refund your money and will ensure you turn into a lunatic trying to contact them.

It is so convenient to use this app. You can play around, take mental health assessment tests for free, journal your thoughts and work around your sessions with just a click. And the new interface is a complete makeover that makes the app look so much cooler and informative.

They keep your money stuck with them even if you want to discontinue the sessions. I’ve been fighting for a refund over two weeks.
