Recordings disappear
Twice I’ve trusted this app, the last one with a previous presentation that was requested to be seen. It was LOST. devastating, and affects my relationship with client. It showed one second, and then a crash and disappear. Livid and about to pull my entire team off this.
Great app
Great app for a great product.
AI slop
Used to be a useful free notes taking app. Then overnight they put it behind a $20 month paywall and held everyone’s notes hostage with no warning. Unethical company. Do not use.
It just hangs
This is pretty dreadful. The app doesn’t work, at least not for me. It opens with a blue splash screen and then just hangs. The reviews suggest this is a good AI notetaker - I’ve got 20 years of software development behind me, but I can’t get it to work. Disappointing.
UX is unusable
For a paid service the app is terrible unfortunately the service is amazing but I’m not able to take advantage of it with a broken UX
Not updated
There are several synchronized issues with teams and outlook, especially if the meeting star and time changes. Also when the title of the original planned meeting changes, it does not update.
Functionality at end of free trial very restrictive. Over $160 just to stop it interrupting meetings
The functionality of the full package is pretty good. But you have to pay per user even for them to access the meeting minutes. I tried to cancel and stop Fellow adding itself to meetings automatically but had to upgrade to do this. Even though I wanted to cancel, I was charged over $160 with no refund. I’ve got very little from using it and we’ve switched back to teams. As such I can’t recommend.

Awesome App!
I love fellow so much! Couldn’t live without it now. I love when I miss a meeting it records and provides notes for me to look at later. Fellow has solved the issue I was having with Microsoft Teams when I am not the organizer. When you are not the organizer in Teams you can’t record or transcribe. Fellow takes care of this and no matter what software people are using I have a recording and AI notes for that meeting. This is a must have for businesses!

Doesn’t remember emails of past meeting invitees, then doesn’t allow you to paste in emails half the time to the invite section. Overall not great UX beyond that. Appreciate what they’re trying to do though

Die App ist für Unternehmen gedacht und entwickelt, weshalb bestehende Rezensionen teils fehl am Platz sind. Die App vereinfacht die Zusammenarbeit von Teams bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Terminen enorm. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Sie bietet dabei keine eigenen Kalender an, sondern erweitert die Funktion von bestehenden Lösungen wie Exchange/MS365 oder Google Workspace - die von sehr vielen Unternehmen eingesetzt werden und deshalb auch keinen weiteren Kalender benötigen. Auch hier wird das Produkt von den anderen Rezensenten missverstanden.

UX is atrocious. You must build a native app. This is not good enough for a paid service.
Don’t waste your time
This app is terrible. It’s very unintuitive and unresponsive. Buttons don’t do what they say they do and the app’s google integration is awful.
Crashes ALOT
Fellow is amazing. Everyone needs it. But the app crashes all of the time. I’ll try to type a note and it locks up. Please fix as I take notes all day.
IOS Doesn’t Work
Don’t expect to get much work done from your phone. The app is glitchy & horrible. It will stop responding to your tap-prompts about 2 minutes into use of the app. The most frustrating is when it stops responding while trying to backspace talking points or notes of any kind.
Unable to take notes on my IPhone 11
I can add a few characters but then the app freezes. I’m using on iPhone 11 on iOS 15.5.
Please address as it’s important for myself and I’m sure others users to be able to take notes on their iPhones.

Must dedicate extra training + bugs
I need to be able this add items to agendas but the appOften doesn’t work. Right now I just get a white screen of death. And magically it stopped syncing on my desktop Google Chrome. I think people underestimate how hard it is to start a new process in your company. I think that they have a uphill battle against Google Docs, until they have better app stability.

Endlosschleife statt einfachem Login
Die App erlaubt eine Registrierung nur mit Microsoft- und Googleaccount. Der verlangt umfangreiche Datenfreigaben und führt dann trotzdem in eine Endlosschleife aus Fehlermeldungen. Selten eine so disfunktionale App gesehen. Im Browser lässt sie sich auf dem Smartphome auch nicht begünstig nutzen. Vielleicht funktioniert sie ja auf dem Desktop.

Easy to use - integrations are great
Although I’m a relatively new user this has been great. I love the fact it integrates with my calendar, teams, Jira, etc. I like that it realizes a meeting is re-occurring and can carry those notes forward to the next occurrence and also easily let me scroll back through previous meetings and see the notes and action items. All in all great product and easy to use!!
