Good note taker, but client apps are shaky and no customer service
The Fellow note taker is a fundamentally good product that our team uses a lot and is mostly happy with. It plays nicely with Claude (most of the time) and Slack. The iPhone app is ok at best though and the windows desktop app is resource-hungry and unstable.
Raising tickets with them is so bad it’s hilarious. They have never resolved anything. They just emailed me to ask if a ticket I’d raised more than 2 months ago was still something they needed to look into. I’m not on a free plan. I am the account lead for a Pro account with 25 paying users.
I’m not giving it 1 star because the underlying product is actually pretty good. The client apps are weak though and the service provided is a joke.

Recordings disappear
Twice I’ve trusted this app, the last one with a previous presentation that was requested to be seen. It was LOST. devastating, and affects my relationship with client. It showed one second, and then a crash and disappear. Livid and about to pull my entire team off this.
