Fraudulent transactions
This app has been deducting $66 every month and there is no way we can cancel subscription. Despite of contacting the customer service with this problem multiple times there has been no response and there is no way I can fix this problem. If anyone thinks of buying this app better think twice. This is the worse app where the cancellation policy is not straight forward. They are just ripping people. Would not recommend this app to anyone!

On the Right Track
The app’s look and feel are nice and easy to use; however, it needs some upgrades. The symptoms are very limiting. There aren’t may choices and of those choices, only some are available depending on the day or what else you choose. For example, you can pick one kind of CM, but I know there have been days where my CM changed throughout the day. I wish there was a MUCH bigger selection of symptoms and no limits as to how many I can pick in each section. This app also doesn’t track BBT at all. That’s a HUGE part of TTC, so it feel very odd that there is nothing about it in the app. There are also a lot of bugs. The notes section doesn’t have autocorrect. When choosing a time for ovulation tests, you have to be very careful when scrolling or it will close it. I’d rather just type it at that point. This app has the potential to be the best on the market, but it just needs some upgrades. I hope to see it done soon.

Terrible! BEWARE
I started using the free version and ended up being charged after the trial - the content is really poor but mostly, the customer service is absolutely shocking..,well there’s absolutely NO customer service. I first contacted them in March 2025 (we are 2026) and after one reply, radio silence. They ignored all my emails since. I was sick during my pregnancy and had other worries but reached out after my baby was born, and I am still being ignored. I am caring for my baby and busy with this new life but still manage to sent several emails to get my money back, and even a year later no answer!! This is absolutely disgusting, especially during a difficult time for some and women navigating through pre/post natal. I want my money back!

I can’t switch back to track my cycle after I had my baby I’ve been trying for 2 months…. When it was working 5 star. It working so 1
Horrible customer service
Worst customer service ever. Contacted them approximately 3 times via email with no resolution. Typical business behavior.
