Paid an arm and leg for premium once I got pregnant in order to track it and get the AI bot to chat too about symptoms, feelings, etc. Chat AI bot no longer works, and customer service is ABYSMAL at fixing the problem when I have explained multiple times what the issue is. Theyâll

Good, but has room to improve
The app has some useful features and I like how everything is organized. A few areas could be more intuitive, but overall itâs been a decent experience.
Fraudulent transactions
This app has been deducting $66 every month and there is no way we can cancel subscription. Despite of contacting the customer service with this problem multiple times there has been no response and there is no way I can fix this problem. If anyone thinks of buying this app better think twice. This is the worse app where the cancellation policy is not straight forward. They are just ripping people. Would not recommend this app to anyone!

On the Right Track
The appâs look and feel are nice and easy to use; however, it needs some upgrades. The symptoms are very limiting. There arenât may choices and of those choices, only some are available depending on the day or what else you choose. For example, you can pick one kind of CM, but I know there have been days where my CM changed throughout the day. I wish there was a MUCH bigger selection of symptoms and no limits as to how many I can pick in each section. This app also doesnât track BBT at all. Thatâs a HUGE part of TTC, so it feel very odd that there is nothing about it in the app. There are also a lot of bugs. The notes section doesnât have autocorrect. When choosing a time for ovulation tests, you have to be very careful when scrolling or it will close it. Iâd rather just type it at that point. This app has the potential to be the best on the market, but it just needs some upgrades. I hope to see it done soon.

Terrible! BEWARE
I started using the free version and ended up being charged after the trial - the content is really poor but mostly, the customer service is absolutely shocking..,well thereâs absolutely NO customer service. I first contacted them in March 2025 (we are 2026) and after one reply, radio silence. They ignored all my emails since. I was sick during my pregnancy and had other worries but reached out after my baby was born, and I am still being ignored. I am caring for my baby and busy with this new life but still manage to sent several emails to get my money back, and even a year later no answer!! This is absolutely disgusting, especially during a difficult time for some and women navigating through pre/post natal. I want my money back!

I canât switch back to track my cycle after I had my baby Iâve been trying for 2 monthsâŚ. When it was working 5 star. It working so 1
Horrible customer service
Worst customer service ever. Contacted them approximately 3 times via email with no resolution. Typical business behavior.
They charge you and donât upgrade
Charged me two annual subscriptions, still no upgrade (Iâm still on the free version) and when I asked for help they did nothing three times. Worst customer service ever.

Ive been paying for this app for quite a while and the insights section has not been working for quite a while!

Iâve used this app for years, and keep using only because it has my data history and much to my chagrin. Issues:
1- I was in âget pregnantâ mode, had a miscarriage and it still was prompting me with âyou baby is now able to do blablablaâ even after I logged it. Insensitive questions that should have been removed kept popping up for weeks after.
2- I had a baby over the summer and have tried to switch back to tracking cycles and it wonât allow me to switch back to either of its other modesâboth freeze after you complete a little âpersonalizationâ quiz and the only way to get back to the calendar is to quite out of the app and it doesnât save your change in status.
3- the pregnancy tracking setting lacks any of the fertility tracking info you would want to log if you are going through IUI or IVF. Useless

Terrible subscription
Worst app to try and end subscription! There is no option to end and I am getting charged for this. Have had to cancel my visa to stop it
Scam artists
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. These people are scam artists. You do a trial run and at no point whatsoever do they send you at notification or notice that you will begin to get charged. They also never send any sort of email or indication you will begin to get charged (and it doesnât show up in your subscriptions in the Apple settings) so basically they scammed me out of $500 and then when I sent in a request for a refund because I literally never once used the app they just ghosted me and wonât respond. Total snakes.

This app is a scam! I downloaded it with a promotion of if it didnât meet my expectations I would get a refund. I tried to get a refund through the Apple Store and was told I couldnât through them since it was a âfreeâ app. I then got charged again.
