Worse experience than years ago; not worth staying for
I've used Clue since 2013 and I am ready to go back to using analog methods. I've paid for premium for years to remove ads, but every time I open the app I'm still getting banners telling me about connectivity for different wearables. This cannot be turned off. Customer support says these are not ads, but they are absolutely implicit ads for these wearables, particularly when they are *advertising* that I can get a discount purchasing wearables through a partnership with Clue. Customer support also says that each banner only appears once and never again after dismissal, but I still receive banners for the same brand of wearables over and over. If I am paying for no ads yet still getting them, then I will simply stop using your product.

“Free” trial
The period tracking feature is honestly great it’s organized, helpful, and easy to use. That’s exactly why I’m so disappointed with the way the 7-day Clue Plus “free” trial is handled.
I was charged $21.26 the second I started a trial that was clearly advertised as FREE. Everything I read made it sound like I would be charged after the 7-day trial ended if not canceled, not the moment I activated it. If I’m being charged immediately, then calling it a “free trial” is incredibly misleading.
I already canceled the trial, but I’m honestly pretty frustrated. An app that’s supposed to support women shouldn’t be using confusing wording that results in unexpected charges. It feels deceptive, and it’s not what I expected from Clue.
I’m asking for a full refund because I never would have started the trial if it had been made clear that I would be charged $21.26 upfront. I’ve already contacted support and hope this gets resolved quickly.
Until then, I’ll be looking for a different period tracking app. It’s disappointing because I genuinely liked Clue, but this experience has made it hard to trust the app.

Deceptive Marketing
Got an ad that said this app was better than the competitors, one of which I do use, so was curious. Mostly because of that promise along with the promise of the app being FREE. I knew it was too good to be true. The free version of the app is useless, and cannot at all be comparable to the free versions of the competition they freely named in their ad. Feels deceptive. Was still willing to try it out and see how I liked it, but the options to add my data isn’t as good, and the interface is not as easy or nice to look at as the app I already use. And I cannot get past the annoyance of the pop ups showing me the opportunity to give them money. I get that things cost money, but the ad said that the app was free and better than the others. That was not my experience.

Amazingg
I love it so much it has so many free features and it’s always super accurate and easy to use!!
I don’t get why it’s 13+
It doesn’t make sense that only people thirteen and up can use a PERIOD app, not only teens get periods, I’m under thirteen and I got mine like three days ago 🥹.
