Still not pregnant

I have been using kegg religiously since February and I’m still not pregnant. I did the app update this morning and it is, as respectfully as possible, horrible. The old interface was much more attractive. This new interface is zoomed in so far you can’t really see the big picture. not to mention it no longer shows the ovulation prediction bars. I wish there was a way to zoom out so you could see the whole cycle. This feels like it’s zoomed in for an 80 year old wearing reading glasses. It also is not very useful since it gives me about a 10 day fertile window. LH strips are much more accurate. I really wanted this to work. I was lured in by the six month guarantee (which looking back is quite predatory on women who are already struggling through so much grief and uncertainty), but having tried it for six months and reading the stipulations… I realize I’ll never get my money back. I used it every day for 6 months. Every day. But one month we were told to skip conception efforts by our doctor, which I guess resets the 6 month timer. They make it basically impossible to actually get your money back.

The scores are now responding in real-time with each new reading. Users will see their scores adjust as it hones in on their most fertile days. As more readings are taken in the cycle, the fertile window narrows to a small set of days. We created the 6month guarantee to offer users a way to use the product as recommended and if they were not successful getting a full refund. Using kegg as recommended include taking daily kegg readings, and timing conception effect within the apps fertile days. If many readings are missed the app will not be able to provide personalized fertility insights. Our small team is comprised of women who personally understand the struggle and heartbreak of fertility challenges. We are truly aiming to help with the best possible solutions.

Predatory scam

Don’t fall for their refund guarantee promise. They literally research to deny anyone who requests refund. Device doesn’t work without wifi, any day u forget to test or don’t have wifi to connect counts against u. Fertile days predicted are just average cycles for general population and does not vary based individual on data imputed. Numbers given from device are made up, not exact, has ranges. Got many errors where I had to retest. Can be uncomfortable to use. Expensive vibrater that is gimic. Don’t fall for it. Save your money, track your bbt, take lh tests, anything but this stupid app.

Kegg worked for me!

I have PCOS and irregular cycles and couldn’t really predict when I was ovulating. I had been trying for almost a year with no luck. Kegg helped us know when would be the best time to try and after 6 cycles I am now pregnant! Thank you kegg!

Can’t Finish Setting Up My Account in the App

I’m on the last screen for why I’m using Kegg and I hit the Lets Keep Rolling button and get the privacy pop up, accept thr pop up and then it’s the same screen. No matter what I do, I can’t continue. Cool waste of money…

Best fertility investment

I have pcos and struggled for years using lh strips and never got a positive pregnancy test. I bought kegg and conceived the FIRST cycle using it. I had the baby and was never on birth control over 12 months after and never got pregnant. Once we really got serious about trying again I started using kegg and conceived on the FIRST CYCLE again. I really do think kegg is one of the only at home fertility monitors actually worth the money and the best value overall since it is one purchase that can be used indefinitely. Kegg monitors cervical mucus which I think is a lot more effective than lh strips. The app is also really easy to use and works perfectly ,I had no issues on my old phone or my new one.
