App just stopped working
I’ve been using these a while and they’re not the best and the app is kind of slow and not good, but as of this morning, February 3, the app won’t even let me sign in at all.
Get rid of the adds!
Why are the adds even in the app? That is ridiculous! You buy the devices and the app comes with them, so you are paying for the app! GET RID OF THE ADDS, idiot! If there was another app I could use, I would!

This was working great until iOS 17.5 update.
Now app doesn’t even load. I tried unloading and reloading still don’t work. I’ve tried much more on my end. Need to fix please!!!!!!

Not great
Tremendous lag in moving the cameras or trying to use it to talk to someone. Cannot access playback other than the current day.
Slow to move hard to adjust and has advertisements
I purchased this a while ago to watch the front porch. The camera is sold separately and not extremely expensive. However you must download this app to work the camera and they are now showing advertisements on the app before you can see the video from your camera

Don’t waste your money on this camera!! This app is even worse! i’ve seen my camera move by itself. i think they put malware in your phone. I have had to remove these camera’s and reinstall them many times because i can’t get into the app! constant “network exception” not allowing you in your own camera! the different alarm sounds do not work! only 1 works. you can’t slide back to why your alarm went off! meaning if someone is in your home, you’re unalive!! This app is pure garbage! get any other camera but this companies! i have 2 of their cameras, neither are working! way to keep my home safe!!

Needs improvement for iPhone 14 & 15
Works fine with an iPhone 11 and below but for some reason with the newest iPhone you can’t control the videos on file and if you add another person as an administrator… that person won’t be able to access to the historical files!

Real time notifications do not work!!!!
I got this camera because I’m a single mother living in a bad area. When I first turned on the camera and set it up, the real time notifications worked on day one and suddenly STOPPED!! And yes, I have my notifications turned on and yes, I’ve tried resetting the camera and no, nothing is blocking the path from the camera to modem. This camera is now useless if I can’t get alerts when someone is near my front porch or my vehicle. And the whole “alarm feature” takes a good 10 seconds to work so it’s really pointless. I understand why people pay $150 on RING CAMERAS because they’re worth it. DON’T BUY THIS $40 CAMERA BECAUSE IT WILL ACT LIKE A $40 CAMERA. NOT DEPENDABLE AND YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL BE DEAD LONG BEFORE YOU RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OF AN INTRUDER!!!

Why are u charging my debit card?!?!?!?
I purchased this camera, I attempted to download the app for this camera and they are trying to charge me 31.99 for the app. What is the reason for this? It states that it’s a free app any other camera services have free app. why are you trying to charge my card?

The amount of time it takes to even open the app sometimes, is the amount of time it takes someone to be done with their business (like breaking in or stealing something)
Also there’s no quick button to sound the alarm to deter the person, or to turn off the false alarm.

The app is fine
App is fine. Not sure if it is capable of recording video when youre not there, but i got it to spy on my horses when im feeling anxious about them. So all i needed was a waterproof camera. It works fine--ive literally had a way worse app to manage security. Not the best but def not the worst
