Company changes the abilities
I used to be able to go into the camera from the app and review SD card local storage events.
Now all of a sudden they took that ability away. So you need to remove the memory card to review it on your computer.
Pretty lame. Thereβs no grandfathering in. And now the camera is too long past purchase to return.

Canβt cancel subscription
I been using those cameras for long time I got 10 of those over the 3 years period, every time one camera got bad I just got a new one and installed it, this month I was checking the app and just noticed they charged me 7 times in the same month because instead transferring subscription to the new camera they charge still for the ones I trashed, I tried to cancel through the app is impossible, at the end I have to go to my apple account and cancel the transaction from there , I wonβt buy those no more , also takes forever to connect to the camera like como on Iβm paying 27$ a month per camera and when I log in in says connection lost
