Company changes the abilities
I used to be able to go into the camera from the app and review SD card local storage events.
Now all of a sudden they took that ability away. So you need to remove the memory card to review it on your computer.
Pretty lame. There’s no grandfathering in. And now the camera is too long past purchase to return.

Can’t cancel subscription
I been using those cameras for long time I got 10 of those over the 3 years period, every time one camera got bad I just got a new one and installed it, this month I was checking the app and just noticed they charged me 7 times in the same month because instead transferring subscription to the new camera they charge still for the ones I trashed, I tried to cancel through the app is impossible, at the end I have to go to my apple account and cancel the transaction from there , I won’t buy those no more , also takes forever to connect to the camera like como on I’m paying 27$ a month per camera and when I log in in says connection lost

I have owned several of ZUMIMALL cameras and just placed an order for another one. I ordered the wrong one and contacted them immediately. The response was quick and courteous. I would highly recommend these products as I’ve had great luck with all I have. Getting great customer service on top of it just makes it even better!

New update made app a bad version of before
The app and camera were great but since the new update released the app does not allow you to playback videos in case you missed it which really sucks because now you basically watch it live or the video would load for minutes and still won’t fully “download “ and won’t let you see previous videos for past alerts even on same day. Sucks that this update instead of better made the whole opposite for it.and it’s only a 2/5 because the camera itself it’s really good but the app not anymore

The camera and the app works very well, especially with the SD card. I like that you don’t have to pay for a subscription so I may switch all of my cameras out to this type great job guys.

Stop forcing your storage advertising - Updated New version removes
Updated to 5 stars: With the latest update they have significantly reduced the advertising for on-line storage. Much improved and not intrusive on the user screen. I will continue to recommend these cameras and app.
