Presonus not recognized
Doesn’t recognize the Quantum es2. Fully returning my presonus devices. Fender has destroyed another brand.
Can Not Change Channel Names
There is no way to change the channel scripts, you get numbers or icons only, so if you put Bass on channel 4 on the 16.0.2, there is no way to tell that to Universal Control, that Bass is on 4, you better remember where you put it. Hopefully this feature will be in future updates. I have asked for a fix but it falls on deaf ears

App does not work
Keep seeing “firmware update available” tapping does nothing. All my drivers are updated. The forum posts are scant at most. Probably will never buy a fender recording product ever again. Sad!
It doesn't load
It only loads the demo.
Wish it worked on my screen size
I keep getting an error that “remote control is not supported at this screen size”. It works well on iPads and the ancient iPod Touches we use to control stage monitors, it just won’t work on my iPhone 13. Hoping devs see this and reply with a fix because PreSonus help desk has been no help.
Firmware Update Available
Downloaded the app because on an update. App says I need a firmware update however my Quantum is up to date. App remains unresponsive. Stay away from this and future Fender products, they’re not serious about making music.
Bad App
The app does not connect to the mixer. Why take away the app that was working. I’m so glad I didn’t delete the old one on my devices. This is ridiculous! To the individuals saying that it’s working it must have just started, facts are facts. If it’s not working it’s not. We could care less about a name change. I have had the app 4 years and didn’t have a problem.

People, grow up and learn how to use the program!
Don’t tell that you weren’t having these issues that you are complaining about here. Every feature, every function that was available in UC Surface is available and working as it always has. Your problem , for whatever reason, is the name “Fender”. At least admit it.
Terrible update
This version has stopped my current version of Presonus Universal Control from working. This is a total disaster because with clients in the studio I had to revert to an old IPad that had not receiced the ´forced’ update yet. PLEASE bring back the Presonus version. My session musicians use it to adjust their Aux mix, so I had to run around to tweak everyone

Works great so far!
Not sure why all the negative reviews. Works just the Universal Control with a few updates. I have many Presonus interfaces, consoles and mixers… all connected without a problem. I would suggest updating everything to the latest firmware if you do have any connectivity problems. Thanks Presonus, cough, I mean Fender!

Bad App

Just does not work
Why would you force us to update to an app that does not work. It does not show your mixer even though your network connection is fine.

Guys, please fix as the demo mode Fender-UC has features the old one doesn’t. The Mac version when it connects defaults to the old UC layout and controls.
(Update) - finally got the app to see device. A little disappointed the interface hasn’t changed to reflect the demo screen.

Buggy
Sees my quantum hd8 but doesn’t let me open the mixer or do anything with it. Says there is a firmware update but if I go on UC on The computer it says it’s up to date. Luckily the old presonus app still works.
