Bad service
I had ordered food which is in between 1 km and i had to wait for 3 hrs to get the food and once the order is taken by the delivery guy after a few sec later that order had cancelled and now i need to wait for 3 hrs again . Literally bad and worst service 👎
Irresponsible service
We ordered a birthday cake for my niece in the morning and scheduled the delivery for 6 PM, trusting that everything would go smoothly on her special day. Instead, at 7:45 PM — when the celebration was already affected — we received a call saying the cake was unavailable and would not be delivered. To make it worse, they cancelled our order without even asking us.
It was heartbreaking to see her wait excitedly for the cake that never arrived. A child’s birthday is not something you can redo. Because of this careless and irresponsible service, her special day was truly spoiled. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Taking a very long time
The app is very good and updated but the delivery is thaling too much time more than 1 hour which makes it worse
User friendly App
One of the best food delivery apps I’ve ever used! The interface is clean and user-friendly, ordering is quick, and there are plenty of restaurant options. (As of now, I have limited options available for my home location, but within the city there are lots of choices.) Delivery partners are polite and orders always reach on time. Very reliable and convenient.
Compared to other major food delivery apps, the prices are very close to the actual restaurant menu prices, with minimal delivery charges. Highly recommended!
