Bad service
I had ordered food which is in between 1 km and i had to wait for 3 hrs to get the food and once the order is taken by the delivery guy after a few sec later that order had cancelled and now i need to wait for 3 hrs again . Literally bad and worst service 👎
Irresponsible service
We ordered a birthday cake for my niece in the morning and scheduled the delivery for 6 PM, trusting that everything would go smoothly on her special day. Instead, at 7:45 PM — when the celebration was already affected — we received a call saying the cake was unavailable and would not be delivered. To make it worse, they cancelled our order without even asking us.
It was heartbreaking to see her wait excitedly for the cake that never arrived. A child’s birthday is not something you can redo. Because of this careless and irresponsible service, her special day was truly spoiled. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Taking a very long time
The app is very good and updated but the delivery is thaling too much time more than 1 hour which makes it worse

One of the best food delivery apps I’ve ever used! The interface is clean and user-friendly, ordering is quick, and there are plenty of restaurant options. (As of now, I have limited options available for my home location, but within the city there are lots of choices.) Delivery partners are polite and orders always reach on time. Very reliable and convenient.
Compared to other major food delivery apps, the prices are very close to the actual restaurant menu prices, with minimal delivery charges. Highly recommended!

Wrost delivery app ever
I’ve been using various delivery apps since years but never faced such a humiliating and worst experience. I got guests in my home so ordered mandhi from Diamond dine kasaragod at 8:34. And received the first call from delivery agent at 9:25 which is already late. “We pick & deliver at the fastest way possible. Our quality of service is our main concern” This is what they say in their apps terms. Since i got the call at 9:25 i asked him to deliver the food as soon as possible and he said “okay”. Time went…. Then i received the call at 9:44 and asking me to wait a little more because he was about 4.2km away from me. Then i called to app’s customer support number and i’ve never seen such irresponsible food delete team everr…. After a while they called me back and asks- can we cancel the order since the delivery guy is not answering even their calls… Thankyou team fepper for such an amazing experience and a hunger night❤️

Unprofessional.
These guys don’t have any manners while talking and don’t know how to run a delivery system. Ordered food for guests and expected delivery was in 45 minutes. At 40 minutes they called and told no delivery guys available and cancelled order themselves. Happy that swiggy n zomato are operating here now.

Given the delays, I'd recommend exploring other options like Delishgo, Zomato, or Swiggy. Unfortunately, I won't be suggesting Fepper to anyone due to their consistent tardiness. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their delivery times."

Charging high service charge.
I recently placed my last order on the FEPPER delivery app and have decided not to use the service anymore due to the excessively high service charges. They charged ₹92 for a delivery distance of just 4.5 km, which I find unreasonable.
This has been a highly disappointing experience, and I strongly object to such pricing policies.
When I raised the issue, the delivery person clarified that it was not his fault and was entirely due to the app’s pricing policies. This only reinforced my disappointment, leading me to uninstall the app.
