Best app for parents
As a first-time parent, this app made sleep training so much less stressful. The timers are simple to follow, and I never had to second guess when it was time for the next check-in. I also really like that it keeps everything organized without being cluttered or overwhelming. The interface is clean, easy to use, and works great during those middle-of-the-night wake-ups. If you’re using the Ferber method, this app takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process. Definitely worth it!

The look and feel of the app is really calming and uncomplicated which is a big help when you're already overwhelmed trying to put your baby to sleep. Highly recommend if you're sleep-training and need an easy app to guide you

Sleep training for babies can be SO emotionally difficult for new parents. This app makes it dead simple how to implement the method successfully. Sleep trained babies are the best babies!
