Constantly struggling to upload photos to jobs
Time saver
I love having the app on my phone! Saves me so much time trying a run a small business and keep ontop of everything! Means I don’t have to get home late and sit down at my desk to send out quotes or invoices, and I can invoice customers from my van as soon as I’m done.
Also being able to do my Coc’s is the best thing!
Having it link with Xero is so handy too!

Update
Can you guys update this app to support later iPhones? Have to turn phone to landscape to operate the option buttons top left and right of screen.

Great app but find pictures don’t always load up on job cards even after refreshing & a reload of app ..this is very frustrating please fix!
Terrible
If you’re a business owner do not bother. They fail to fix issues that the app has had for so long. They’re to busy creating another app that does the same thing but they can’t even get this one right. I get frustrated on a daily basis just trying to use the app as it consistently glitches and crashes. I would not recommend this at all. Go with their competitors.

Button Press’s not working
I recently updated my phone to a iPhone 14pro max,
Since then the Fergus app has been very frustrating to use. The menus/buttons positioned on the top LHS and Top RHS of the screen are very close to the edge/corner of the screen and either don’t work or can sometimes take up to 15 button press’s. Please Fix.

Crappy
Soo doesn’t support iphone screens. Fergus go soo doesn’t have the features needed

Have apple and the menu button is in the part where you drag it down and have to click not on it but below it to go to menu

Need to fix scrolling in files for iphone and back touch button
Problematic for over two years
Been awaiting a repair for the missing back button and hanging pages for over two years - was recently told to start using the go app which is totally unuseable due to major issues, stuck lying for a service that is yet to deliver a trouble free app experience
Sinking ship
Great software, terrible app. Always have to close it and re open to be able to access menu bar. Been like this for years and still haven’t sorted it. Can’t upload photos to jobs. Stop putting your prices up and resolve the issues before everyone moves to simpro.
The screen is wrong size on iPhone
The screen is wrong size on iPhone 13 and 14 pro. Can’t hit some buttons.

Lots of problems since ios16
Too many problems with this app. Callender shows wrong date for jobs sometimes. Zooming in on pdf files on my iPhone 13 crashes the app. Clicking on the navigate to button does nothing. Etc. Please fix this
Terrible
The app is terrible!! Have to constantly close it and re open it because pages don’t load or pages get stuck. I’m amazed that Apple App Store allowed such a poorly built app to be released on it. Also what is really disappointing if a job is about to start the app and team building it is not smart enough to push a notification to you saying a job you have is about to start in 30min.

Frustrating.
Not at all intuitive to use, learn and navigate, it’s like a plumber has designed the software.

Worker review.
Always having issues with the app freezing or the menu on the side popping up but never going back in until I restart the app. Also have issues with typing in work done where if I click off I can re click to add to the comment or change anything until I accept then re open the time entry.
