im sorry but why does it take SO long for me just to verify myself? i forgot my password i know thats on me but i have my number and gmail to make up for the lock out.
why does it take up so much of my time just for me to get back in? "wait a few minutes" and its been 30... i was meant to use my data before 10, it is 10:30. please atleast make the verification available instead of just immediately locking me out after a few password denials.
update: it STILL will not let me verify with my number or gmail? it says "email sent" and nothing? come on.

Too slow
Service is so slow and taking ages to respond to any requests.

Cannot download your AP. Your tech guys could not download it for me!😩So I am missing out on bonus points. If I was younger and more tech savvy I would probably dump OneNZ.

App will not accept strong password to register joining the service despite meeting password specs.
