App signs out too quickly, cart disappears
This is one of the worst apps i’ve ever had to use. I can never keep items in the cart as it will completely erase everything after the second or third addition; and signs me out after a few minutes while i’m still active on the page. completely dysfunctional
Crashing/Bugs
Been using this app for some time now , and in the last 1-3 months it’s a problem to use now . All I want to do is my job place my orders and be done . But u have to fight with this app opening and closing, uninstalling, etc. just for it to do its dedicated function. And that is a MAYBE . I’m ready to completely move over to the competitor Lowes due to how easy and fluid it is ordering from their app.

It’s just their browser website
There is no faster, optimize navigation. There is no reason for this “app” to exist. A bookmark that opens a tab in my browser does the same thing. Wake up! Why do you think so many of use are using Amazon on the job site?
App crashing
App has trouble loading. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall.
Bugs
The app doesn’t always work. As of right now I can’t log in to check or place an order or even finding inventory. It’s a tool I use almost every day and the past couple of days has been a failure to launch even from the initial load screen.
