App signs out too quickly, cart disappears
This is one of the worst apps i’ve ever had to use. I can never keep items in the cart as it will completely erase everything after the second or third addition; and signs me out after a few minutes while i’m still active on the page. completely dysfunctional
Crashing/Bugs
Been using this app for some time now , and in the last 1-3 months it’s a problem to use now . All I want to do is my job place my orders and be done . But u have to fight with this app opening and closing, uninstalling, etc. just for it to do its dedicated function. And that is a MAYBE . I’m ready to completely move over to the competitor Lowes due to how easy and fluid it is ordering from their app.

It’s just their browser website
There is no faster, optimize navigation. There is no reason for this “app” to exist. A bookmark that opens a tab in my browser does the same thing. Wake up! Why do you think so many of use are using Amazon on the job site?

App has trouble loading. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall.
Bugs
The app doesn’t always work. As of right now I can’t log in to check or place an order or even finding inventory. It’s a tool I use almost every day and the past couple of days has been a failure to launch even from the initial load screen.

This should be Ferguson’s new moto. The new update for the app got rid of the search feature. Good luck finding what you need. Maybe you’ll find it by tomorrow. Pricing rarely syncs with your account. Their website has always been terrible but now their app is too!

I’ve had the Ferguson app on my phone for years. Today I saw it has an update, so I updated it. Now it doesn’t open. I have an iPhone 8.

App is great minus biometrics
The app is great! I love how easy it to see my custom list and order history directly from the home page. The barcode scanner is very helpful too, especially when scanning manufacturers barcodes.
Only issue is the biometrics when logging in. Out of 10 log ins, it only works maybe 2/10 times. I have to punch in the password each and every time which gets annoying.

Great app saves me tons of time
It’s very convenient to see which location in my area has everything I need in stock. Only downside is that it doesn’t show any of the Ferguson HVAC locations and I’m in commercial HVAC and it would be awesome if they added those store to the list of locations while checking stock. Once they add that this will be a 5 star review

App barely works
Only thing that works on this app is the search bar, the product page links don’t work at all so pretty pointless. If they think people in the trades can’t or won’t appreciate a good app they are dead wrong!
Horrible app but good company
I love this company and they’re employees are trained well but they need to be dragged into the 21st century. Their tech is outdated and inefficient! They are not investing the money they should into better apps and easier online ordering. Trying to search for products on their app or website is like pulling teeth. A lot of their customer base are big companies run by older people who aren’t utilizing or requesting these time and money saving tools.
If the office is reading this you better start making changes now because once your older customer base retires and the younger base starts buying, they will go other places if you don’t have the tech.

A must have for any contractor who needs quick access to check stock , get pricing , specs , etc.
Buy online pick up in store!
Finally I can buy online and pick up in store with my mobile device, get specification sheets on a service call and check availability to let my customer know now where it is and how much. Great stuff!
