DO NOT USE THIS APP or else expect being scammed! I cancelled before the trial ends and yet they they charge me £60. When emailed them they said “they are a busy team”(and I should go through a long process (the reply seems to be automatic; each time same answer). I did that and kept hitting the wall!!!! Again and again! Effectively they have kept my money for almost a year and I am not sure if I can ever get back my money!

I signed up for the 7 day free subscription and the app wasn’t working. I decided to cancel the subscription but it wasn’t showing on the app or my Apple account so I couldn’t.
Now I’ve been charged for the year’s subscription. It still doesn’t show on my Apple account and Ferly isn’t responding to emails. I think they make it impossible for you to cancel a subscription to try and scam money out of you.
Edit: I did contact them as requested in the reply to this review. No reply received and no attempt to resolve the issue.

Do not buy! Steals money!
Bought app in 2022 and cancelled before next payment. Was charged in 2023. Write many emails and never got response. Had to get money back from lengthy process with bank. Then have been charged again in 2024 and have been trying to get money back since August 2024. Have sent many emails to owner, Billie Quinlan, who wrote back once to say it wouldn’t happen again but still won’t write back to offer refund. Probably have sent this company 20 emails over the last years with no response.
