DO NOT USE THIS APP or else expect being scammed! I cancelled before the trial ends and yet they they charge me £60. When emailed them they said “they are a busy team”(and I should go through a long process (the reply seems to be automatic; each time same answer). I did that and kept hitting the wall!!!! Again and again! Effectively they have kept my money for almost a year and I am not sure if I can ever get back my money!

Saved my marriage
Helped me and my partner find our way back to each other after long periods of little to no sex. I feel like a sexual woman again and actually enjoy being intimate now rather than feeling full of dread.

I signed up for the 7 day free subscription and the app wasn’t working. I decided to cancel the subscription but it wasn’t showing on the app or my Apple account so I couldn’t.
Now I’ve been charged for the year’s subscription. It still doesn’t show on my Apple account and Ferly isn’t responding to emails. I think they make it impossible for you to cancel a subscription to try and scam money out of you.
Edit: I did contact them as requested in the reply to this review. No reply received and no attempt to resolve the issue.

Do not buy! Steals money!
Bought app in 2022 and cancelled before next payment. Was charged in 2023. Write many emails and never got response. Had to get money back from lengthy process with bank. Then have been charged again in 2024 and have been trying to get money back since August 2024. Have sent many emails to owner, Billie Quinlan, who wrote back once to say it wouldn’t happen again but still won’t write back to offer refund. Probably have sent this company 20 emails over the last years with no response.

Everything behind paywall
Used to be good and have some options for those who didn’t want/couldn’t afford to pay. Now it appears you can’t do ANYTHING on the app without paying for a membership. Really disappointing.
Unusable
I’m only a few screens in, and I’m unable to navigate. The buttons are below the visible area of my screen, and I can’t scroll down. I’m tech savvy, so it’s not me. This app has really fundamental design problems. I have a relatively new iPhone, and it’s ridiculous that I can’t navigate. I’m really disappointed.

App unusable currently
App unusable because there’s no downwards scrolling in initial setup so can’t see all options or click the next button to finish setup.
Good customer service
I couldn’t figure out how to cancel my subscription but the customer service helped me and issued a refund which I really appreciate.
Constantly crashing
Would not log in and constantly crashed which is a shame! Tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy.
No way to cancel
I reached out to support to cancel, but they said I needed to go through my Apple subscriptions. It is not included there; rather, I can only find it on my credit card statement under “Leilka Limited London”. I continue to get charged $14.99 a month. Please help me cancel!
Could be brilliant but too many bugs
Liked the 7 days trial but I keep receiving errors when trying to subscribe on the app.
iPhone SE
I have an iPhone SE, can’t get through the introductory questions as the screen won’t scroll down on the last question. This renders app completely useless as I can’t get into it at all! Such a shame as reviews look so good.
Support does not respond to requests or emails
I’ve sent several emails with no response to my request to activate my lifetime access.
App crashes. No customer support.
I’ve paid for this app and can’t login since using free trial. Also efforts lead to a crash on my iPhone. Have tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. What’s going on?
Glitch on app
I am not able to even get on to the app past the initial page where you click “continue” or “log in” it just closes the app when I click continue… pretty disappointed.

Signed up for a 7 day free trail and within an hour I was charged the full annual subscription, which isn’t great.
I submitted 2 requests via their website over the course of a week asking for someone to contract me about a refund and never received a response.
I accepted the charges and though I’d just use to app for year but I don’t have access to the app. It says I am not a member so I don’t have access to 75% even though I have paid.
I submitted a further 2 requests via their website over the course of a month and still no response.
So I’ve paid for an app I can’t use and no one is responding/ providing support.

Signed up and charged twice
I signed up for a year subscription and was charged by Apple and by Ferly (Leika Ltd). I’ve emailed for a refund and Ferly said to request one from Apple even though there was a second transaction from Ferly. Refund requested via Apple but that cancelled the subscription and now Ferly aren’t responding via email.

Cancelling doesn’t work
Cancelled on the day I signed up for free trial as it wasn’t for me, charged me anyway with no warning. Huge amount of money I can’t afford right before xmas. Seems to be set up this way to trick people as there isn’t a monthly option.
