No me funciona correctamente en IPhone
En mi comunidad funciona en Android pero no en iPhone. Te llaman, suena en el iPhone, hay veces que ves a la persona y le oyes, le das al botón para abrir y no hace nada. En android si que va.

Je to výborná aplikace . Sice nám chvilku trvalo než jsme to dali dohromady, ale jinak super . Ještě kdyby komunikovala Siri od iPhone v češtině a bylo by to excelentní.

Works as expected. Only missing F2 option, so that app would have the same functionality as hardware terminal. Annoying while trying to remotely allow entry for courier service.
No call camera preview like on android device
There is no camera preview when there is call on lock screen or notification bar like on Android devices

Unstable
Not reliable. May be problem with the WiFi connection with Avatel in Mijas.
App is rubbish
Two users can’t use at same time. Even if one closes the app it’s still takes a minute. You press the speak button and it closes the screen. Video button have to try repeatedly to get to work. Closes screen when you are in the middle of talking to someone at the gate. Installation was by their authorized professional and they’ve confirmed no issues with installation it’s just a terrible app.

Hasn’t worked since day one
We had the Fermax system installed on our front gate over 2 years ago and have had endless issues. The electrician has been out several times but has not been able to resolve the issue. The monitor, App and camera/bell at the gate all fail to connect to each other. The gate camera/bell constantly stops working. I’m based in Valencia so wanted to use this local company, but have been really disappointed. The App is far from the only issue…

App completely doesn’t work after latest update. This company is complete rubbish, app has never worked properly. Don’t buy their products, you’re wasting your money.

Can’t purchase subscription
My free trial period ended and when i try subscribe on the app it just glitches you cant go forward to purchase so now its useless, I’ve contacted support they said someone from Spains technical department would contact me but nobody has.

Installieren lässt es sich nur im 2,4GHz Netzwerk. 5GHz musste sogar ausgeschaltet werden.
Constant bugs and not working
App is almost useless, You answer the call, click to talk and then it closes. You have to try ten times to get video/intercom to work by that time the delivery driver has gone.
