Keeps making errors and errors

Turn off & on the base machine NVR almost every month for this app doesn’t work. Now turn off & on doesn’t work too. App doesn’t work with the NVR properly and useless.
Updated this app two years ago. Seriously they don’t care about this app but just keep selling products.
