Not worth the $$$
Purchasing this product was a big investment and I don’t think in the 2 years we’ve had it I have EVER successfully answered a call when I have been away from the house. The app is not intuitive and it is so flipping slow to connect.
Dreadful App
App barley works, takes forever to connect if it does at all. Half thr time you can’t open the gate from the app as it asks for a random passcode. Constantly having to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work.
Not very efficient
Every time we want to open the gate we have to go out of the view then back in and reconnect, by the time we do all of that we can walk out and open it ourselves
App not compatible with CarPlay
Not compatible with CarPlay makes it dangerous and illegal to be used while driving and trying to control the gate from car.
Awful video quality on newer iPhones.
For such a good quality doorbell system it’s shocking how bad the app is. Video scaling is either stretched or half off the screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Same on family members newer phones.
