They broke the iOS app again
You can’t find locations of anything anymore. It’s only set up for pickup orders. I spent a half hour at the customer service desk in Eau Claire. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, signed out, signed back in, “what phone do you have? Cause it works on my Android” Gave up. Hey, know whose app works great? Hy-Vee’s, and Walmart, and Target.

Online checkout
The check out process on the app is so slow. The fees and holds don’t show up until after a few attempts to pay. Even after they loaded I had to submit two more times before the app accepted my order.

Navigating
It would be nice if items were categorized as in the store. For example, all sliced cheeses are listed together according to brands. Right now it lists a kemps cottage then sliced essentials cheddar, then kraft parmesan…I have to scroll through 20 plus items to find what I’m looking for. It takes longer on app than to come into store.
Also, when you search for item you have to return to specific category or the main category.

App doesnt open
Ever since Festival was bought out App doesn’t open or work properly.
So frustrated
Tried so many times to place a pickup order and the app would not accept my credit card. We use the card every day. I even called my credit card company to inquire if any transactions were trying to go through that they were declining and there were none. When you go to load a new card it does not save the expiration date even though entered correctly. It defaults to January 2025 so you have to go back in and renewer ALL your required information again and try saving. I bet I tried 20 times. What a frustrating experience.

I use the app frequently and get my weekly groceries from Click N Go. I like the app but it needs work.
The most recent version has really annoying features like putting a huge button on each item to select a substitute. The nutrition facts are far more important to me, and I shouldn’t have to scroll down to find them.

Why
The only thing this app was useful for was search what isle a specific item was in, and now with the new update you can’t do that. Please fix.
Worst experience….!!!!
As a first time user of grocery pick up. Tried two or three times on my laptop to submit payment and all of them told me they were invalid, which is not possible because that is the only debit card and only other credit card that I have I use two different forms of paymentand neither worked had to download the app and then had issues submitting payment on the app as well then because of all the times I had to retry all of the information kept getting kicked out and I lost two timeslots so instead of picking my bed between three and four and five or five and six now picking them up between six and seven, worst Experience! And on top of it, I have to pay a pick up fee!!!!

Doesn’t work any more
App will not send password reset and will not send me the code to make a new account under my husband’s name. I have been having issues for months now. It also keeps putting me in a different city even with location allowed.

Needs work
The shopping list feature is better than paper, but not great. The items aren’t sorted by isle, so you’re forced to scan the entire list every time you get an item.
Also, clicking on the quantity of the item of the list to remove it will often make the little window pop up far from the item and then when you click remove, nothing actually happens and it makes you wonder if you removed another item without wanting to.

Must Have for Digital Coupons - Needs better integration with built-in iOS apps
Needed app to benefit from digital coupons. Great start, however some recommendations for more seamless iOS integration would make shopping with it less frustrating:
- When using the camera to scan QR codes, shortcut currently brings to a web browser page, triggering another unnecessary login-> it should bring directly to the app page (for clipping coupons or ordering)
- Ability to store card number into Apple Wallet, so checkouts can be done with Watch or iPhone
- Ability to share a house account so shopping rewards accumulate per household instead of on separate accounts

Took me two days to get my order in because it kept saying the address was wrong on the card. Bit ridiculous

The website is difficult to navigate, a lot of things I’d have bought that I know they carry couldn’t be found by searching and I tried several different ways. I prefer other stores that are easier and I pay a 1 time fee for free delivery

I am deleting my account and this app as it is entirely pointless. The so-called rewards expire long before you can use them. When I finally have the opportunity to use them, the rewards have long since disappeared. Don’t bother with this app. You’re letting them profile you without anything of any value in exchange.

My favorite grocery app
Easy to navigate . Easy to locate specials and coupons. Search function is normal. Vast majority of listings have accurate photos. Click N Go service is straightforward, competent, and friendly. They've never made a mistake with my order, items are rarely out of stock, and replacements offered are always appropriate.
