Crashed during a tradeshow
We used Fetch for lead scanning at a tradeshow this weekend (it was mandated by the show organizer) and the app was down for the first 2 hours of the tradeshow! Absolutely horrific for an exhibitor. We paid $800 for the lead scanning service and are still waiting for a refund.
