Save your business cards!
We paid 350$ for the service at a show and when we went to get the leads there was none! DO NOT USE!
Glitchy app but excellent post-show support
Throughout three days and three licenses, my team struggled to use this app. It successfully scanned less than 50% of the time on all three iPhones so we had to take business cards and photos of badges which completely defeats the purpose of lead retrieval and makes us look foolish in the face of the customers. My app would crash every time I attempted to sync or export my database. I called the company and Paige was very helpful; instantaneously sending me the entire database via email.

Ok but needs a lot of work
This app looks very outdated and clunky. It’s ok but for the money we pay, I would expect much much better. A good user interface and thinking through the user experience would help a lot. It looks rushed.

Easy to use
I used this ap at a recent trade show. Had no ap issues, it focused/scanned efficiently, and the leads were able to be exported for their website portal very easily. Overall, my company had no problems using this ap and its accompanying interface. The device used was an iPhone 5 with 8.4 software.
