Can’t record on the app
For some strange reason the app doesn’t allow me to record onto my mighty box which kind of defeats the purpose of having it.Never did it before.Disappointed!!!!
It still needs fine tuning.
Many a times the previous version was giving lot of problems. Hope the update helps. Thank you.
Doesn’t work in iPhone 17
App worked perfectly on my old iPhone X. Just got a 17 and getting a connection error “can’t contact the server” every time. Totally useless, even after deleting, restarting, and reinstalling multiple times. Unresponsive to help request. I use Fetch primarily on my phone, so this is a dealbreaker.
Unable to stream on iPad
Just get server error on iPad. Get the same on android two times then it works.

2 star product. Constant reboots and extremely slow customer service response. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Title says it all really.
One continuous problem is the tv guide often appears garbled and unreadable on some channels. Problem has existed as long as I can remember and only fix is force quit every time it happens which for me is every day on multiple devices.

Yes it’s cheaper than Foxtel monthly subscription but just went to click on several programs on different channels and get the same message. NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON FETCH and I’ve got all the packages. They are better off deleting those programs or channels than us having to click on them and getting the same stupid message
The streaming services don’t all work properly and better off using chromecast or smart tv home page.
The 30 movies that you get none of my family would watch

App refuses to work on iPhone 17 Pro Max
I got a new phone. The app refuses to work no matter what. Hopefully Fetch have tested the app compatibility with new hardware and they can fix ASAP

Fetch is a pure ripoff from Telstra. You cannot add apps and foxtel and tub are not included like the old Telstra tv. I would not recommend this to anyone
