Doesn’t allow you to book
App continually notes there’s a wild error that they’ll get their top team on to fix. So you cannot actually book the service. Top team isn’t that active and app is therefore useless.
Love the concept, but minor improvements needed
It’s a great app and i love the concept of tracking you bike servicing etc. But the app is a bit laggy, slow to load stuff, some service bookings appear twice. Iron some of these out to create a smoother experience, and it will be perfect!

I saw ad from instagram and it was advertised as “collect and drop off” but I can’t find this anywhere on the app. I booked and messaged the shop, no one replied… Also you need to click into the specific booking to see message? I understand it might be a preference thing but I find it a little worrying, probably because I haven’t got a reply and wouldn’t now how it shows/alert me. Anyhow… I would want to use it, sounds like a good shop and good service, but the ux needs improvement?

Wonderful
This is a review for the app… but it’s more a review for the whole business. It’s a really wonderful service operated by lovely people. Best of all though it’s just super easy. You pick what you need on the app and they then collect your bike and communicate with you also on the app. You approve any repairs in advance and then they deliver the bike back. All pre arranged! Genuinely a super product. Please support this business - it’s fantastic.

About time
Its about time someone made a techy app for keeping an eye on your bike. Love the way it reminds me to get a service and keeps track of all my wheels. Excited to see what else they come up with.
