No longer works for original device
Seems to have just stopped connecting to the Briiv original unit. It was aways annoying that you had to re register every so often but now it seems to fail even when it says a connection is made. Fortunately the unit works just fine manually

I managed to connect the briiv after watching a video on the support page, (the instructions on the app leave out important details) but the app is a disaster.
Several times I’ve tried to set up a schedule and the app just deletes it. So that feature is useless
You can basically use it as a remote control but then the unit will randomly shut off, no matter what you’ve set it at.
I’m astonished at the lack of response by the company. Such a promising concept, but all of the issues kill the pleasure of having it.
I honestly don’t know if the filter has made a difference because it’l become such an adversarial experience. It’s hard to care.

I managed to connect the briiv after watching a video on the support page, but the app is a disaster. Not at all user friendly, erases the schedule, and the bottom half of all the text is cut off. They REALLY NEED A BETTER APP DESIGNER. There’s pretty much zero point to having the app.
