Paid Subscription
The app shows Free plan I paid the full price it shows in the subscription so I cannot determine what I cannot access so I have been battling this thing pretty bad
Still causing me problems
I initially had problems with the app crashing repeatedly. Now that has been fixed and I have purchased a membership, I was very excited to start using the app and boosting my learning. However everytime I try to use the feynman AI, it says “unable to transcribe your answer, please try again”. I have been trying for 2 whole days on my ipad and my iphone. Both times I have received the same results. My exam is in 36 days and i am desperate for this issue to be fixed, otherwise I would like my money back. I have faced endless inconvenience with this app. I have emailed twice about it aswell and received no response

App crashes
I downloaded this app so I can study. I downloaded on both my phone and ipad and both times the app keeps crashing every single time I open the app. I would really like to utilise it as Feynam is critical to my studying but if the app isnt even working, how can I?
This app sucks
I can’t use the YouTube to create any note. YouTube creation is broken.
It's ok but we need to pay for less
I like the app overall but what i don't like is that we have to pay after a certain amount of notes for like forever and not just for that day.
