Paid Subscription
The app shows Free plan I paid the full price it shows in the subscription so I cannot determine what I cannot access so I have been battling this thing pretty bad
Still causing me problems
I initially had problems with the app crashing repeatedly. Now that has been fixed and I have purchased a membership, I was very excited to start using the app and boosting my learning. However everytime I try to use the feynman AI, it says “unable to transcribe your answer, please try again”. I have been trying for 2 whole days on my ipad and my iphone. Both times I have received the same results. My exam is in 36 days and i am desperate for this issue to be fixed, otherwise I would like my money back. I have faced endless inconvenience with this app. I have emailed twice about it aswell and received no response

App crashes
I downloaded this app so I can study. I downloaded on both my phone and ipad and both times the app keeps crashing every single time I open the app. I would really like to utilise it as Feynam is critical to my studying but if the app isnt even working, how can I?
This app sucks
I can’t use the YouTube to create any note. YouTube creation is broken.
It's ok but we need to pay for less
I like the app overall but what i don't like is that we have to pay after a certain amount of notes for like forever and not just for that day.
I thought it was gd at first..
So i was scrolling through pintrest, happily, until this woman came up on a pin and was talking abt how gd this app is. After explaining how to use it she said it was completely FREE. Just wut app i was looking for, i thought. So i downloaded the app and made my first notes. I was really happy until i tried making a new set of notes. Thats when i realised I had to pay. Paying is not really helpful u c, i am a 14 year old girl who doesnt make money. How in the world am i meant to pay to use the utilities on this app if i dont earn money? Anyways, i started to read the reviews and a lot of them are about how u need to pay. If i were u, i would start to take action instead of saying ‘we r always looking to improve our app’ or wutever. If this app doenst improve, then im going to be forced to move back to quizlet, and i dont want to do that.

I regret spending money in this app
I paid for one month and I never got what I paid for. It doesn’t help on anything. After recording my class it still say process note until today, I wasted money and can’t recommend it to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews honestly but this app did really help me so much in chemistry I don’t think I could have done done it without this apps help they way they explain it to you is so nice the notes the Memo and the mindmaps too and they test you on knowledge the you get to talk to an ai that helps you too I don’t think I could have asked for better app and even when I’m struggling in English or math class I sometimes ask this app and it helps me and explains it to me in a way I can understand it i just wanted to say thank this app really did help me with my school
Update: they changed the whole app now the ai that help you understand hard topics they toke it out honestly that was the one thing that helped me understand the hard topics it broke it down into a way anyone can understand now idk man it’s just now the same I don’t have the app anymore if you could bring the ai chat back that would be amazing I don’t mind paying for it but it’s just the main thing is gone and it’s just not the same. I hope you can bring back the ai chat.thank u

Its a Scam
Literally they give you two free notes to upload, than you need to buy premium to do anything. Just delete it and commit your time to studying, the app when creating my flashcards had the wrong information as well.
Misinformation
I tried to sent the note given to my email, as I like having things on paper but was not able to put on pdf like the appt suggests. A bit frustrating and waste of time and money. There’s other appt that allow you to sent to your email and text.
Horrible
Cannot add more than 1 photo for my notes. The notes are not detailed. I have emailed them 10 times for a refund but they do not email back. Such a waste of $90 and I didn’t even know they were gonna charge a whole year worth of fee at once and now I’m broke !!! Wouldn’t even give this app 1 star if I could I would give 0.

Buggy, paid for pdf feature ( useless)
- I had paid for the pdf feature to scan notes and generate a test, though it only generated a test if the instructions and how much each question was worth

Invalid Email address
The email address in the terms and conditions for refund support does not work and is invalid. I wanted to send an email for a refund but the email provided was invalid and does not exist at all. I felt like I was royally ripped off.
