Slow deliveries and failed transactions
Not only is your service slow and inconsistent..you debit money but the money won’t reflect on the app ,failed bookings too, yet to get a refund seems like a serious case. You guys can do better!

I've been having issues with booking deliveries on this app, so I've been trying to stick to the business portal. However, since the portal is experiencing problems, I've had to return to using the app. I want to understand why, after booking a delivery, the shipment fee is deducted from my wallet balance while the shipment still shows as "pending payment."
Additionally, when I attempt to use the safe locker option from Lagos to Abuja, I'm being charged 6,181 Naira instead of the correct fee of 2,500 Naira. This app is incredibly frustrating!
