Amazing customer service
The communication with customer service is outstanding for a free app. Whenever I email them with a question regarding the app, not only did they respond in a timely manner, but they answer my questions thoroughly.
Great app except…..
I would have given this app 5 stars but it does not have the ability for the organizer to RSVP for the invited guests, which is helpful when some of the guests are elderly and do not use smartphones. It would also be great to have an “organizer only” section for each party that allowed a budgeting, pre and post-party checklists and a notes section for repeat events.

Fantastic App…but no sound?
I have an upcoming event this weekend and this app was the answer to all of the confusing group texts going on at the same time.
However, I notified that the notifications from the app are just banners that are displayed on your phone…there is no actually “sound” that is played - which creates a communication issue with all my guests.
My app settings all allow notifications, my iPhone settings also allow all notifications, and my phone volume is all the way up.
Im slightly disappointed as a result because it really is a neat app, but means to communicate and be up to date is extremely important to event planning.

Notification sounds should now be working, as long as notification sounds are enabled in your iphone. Loved the ticket scanner for private party
I recently organized a private party in a local bar, and wanted to make sure the bouncer only let my invited guests in. I was able to invite the bouncer to be a ticket scanner and guests showed their Feztival tickets for entry. Also loved the other features like photo sharing.
Great for party planning
As the world keeps opening up, I’m excited to use Feztival more and more for parties and gatherings. We used it for a wedding and it was great to share pictures and connect with other guests.
