Login process
It’s a handy app but doesn’t allow face recognition access to login.
Crappy
Super old interface within the app. Doesn’t work with auto sign. Just go to the bank or ATM to have a better experience.
Basic use
It’s excellent and simple for most simple day to day banking. The watch also has an app that allows you to quickly check your balance. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have an alert option for minimal balances or overdrafts. As a business owner and private contractor, I constantly have money flowing in and out and it would be a nice tool.

A few issues
The app has been doing ok, but have been running into problems when trying to enter a new bill payee. Occasionally a box pops up and says"transaction cannot be completed". It gives an error number, which I think was 813. This has happened a couple of times when I was trying to pay a bill as well. Other than that, it has worked pretty well. Most everything I need is right there.

Easy to use and reliable
I'm able to do all my basic banking need online with this app. It's intuitive, easy to set up, and quite comprehensive.

I left a major bank chain to come to FFCCU and I thought this app wouldn't be worth my time but I actually love it! It's even better than my previous banks app. It has everything you need to access in regards to your accounts! Love it!

Left a major bank to switch to FFCCU. I was worried about how the app was going to compare, but it actually way better. This is a solid banking app and has everything you need. Great job to the creators. My only beef (and this may not even be an app thing) is you can't look at you credit card transactions on it. If you could I'd give it a perfect score

Awesome app
This app is awesome for the credit union! I can check my balances, pay my bills, transfer money between accounts and now I can take a picture of a check to deposit it to my account! Keep up the good work!

It's a very good app to view balances, make transactions and apply for offers 😀.

Falls just short
Great app but only problem I see is that you can't label transfers (i.e. Birthday party, etc.). I can do it at home on the computer but not mobile app.

I've used about a dozen banking apps. This is hands down the best I've used.
