The weirdest ever
Franciscan needs to invest in some serious user experience here. The home screen only has two main buttons to select from, one literally says “context_aware_epic” 🤔????? And the other is for already scheduled visits. As a new user I’m not sure what do or where to even begin, let alone how to interpret a context_aware_epic button, lol. I clicked out of curiosity and it takes you to a type box labeled “Name or Description” with a “Confirm” button. That’s it. Mmm, okay.😐 I’m not sure what’s going on, but this app is not intuitive to use at all, and very odd choices of language and labeling. How about prompting new users how to create a log in and access available services? When I hit the Log In button, nothing happens. Wow, this could use A LOT of work. I hope they invest in making this not only better, but making it usable. It’s like someone got tired half way through and just gave up.
