No “precondition climate now”??
This is the first EV I’ve had (600e) where you can’t do THE two things you need from an app;
1. Start the AC right now because I’m about to leave in 5 minutes
2. See the state of charge update live. Seriously? Not tried on CCS but on my home 7kW unit it didn’t update until charging finished (I have my wallbox on a cheap rate timer so that had stopped the charge as expected)

Cash grab
The app does absolutely nothing without you needing to pay for a series of packages monthly to add basic functionality. It’s not one subscription, it’s about 5 concurrent ones you’ll need to buy for hundreds of pounds per year. This is all completely free on other manufacturers apps. I was infuriated to hear that it was also previously free for Fiat owners too. So greedy. Such unnecessary friction. And to top it off, the app is completely rubbish too. Hard to believe that people are actually getting paid to make such ridiculous business decisions and poor apps. I know the replies have been that Fiat are “improving our business decisions to better serve the customer”, but that’s total nonsense. This is greed.

Shocking support
Absolute pile of tat no support no preconditioning for a £40,000 car they should be ashamed.
Zero functionality without a subscription
Just managed to connect my 2022 Fiat 500e to the app only to find out that without a paid for subscription the app does absolutely nothing. Doesn’t even show the battery charge status. 100% pointless without paying out for a sub.
App support is nonexistent,
App is not updating the amount of charge shown nor the number of available miles. Have tried to find someone report the problem to but app support is purely a mechanism for selling more vehicles. Not impressed especially this is not a free app. App is also not updating itself 3hours since last update (which didn’t update the aforementioned categories) and no way of forcing an update. Very disappointing.
