App support is nonexistent,
App is not updating the amount of charge shown nor the number of available miles. Have tried to find someone report the problem to but app support is purely a mechanism for selling more vehicles. Not impressed especially this is not a free app. App is also not updating itself 3hours since last update (which didn’t update the aforementioned categories) and no way of forcing an update. Very disappointing.

This truly is an awful app that has the feeling it was decided in someone’s break. I would suggest you only have it (if desperate) for the EV models purely to allow you to pre-condition. For hybrid versions it’s not worth the headache.
The car features have never worked (locking / unlocking the car, turning on headlights to locate or guide you etc) and the Connected Plus element also only adds your fuel tank status. For £8.99 per month!! Just use the key to open the car and look at the fuel gauge. Much cheaper.
Considering Fiat is part of Stellantis and a major founding company in its formation, it truly is lacking behind in tech! Sort yourselves out Fiat. You deserve all the one stars thrown at you!

Eccentric not in a good way
Been using this app for few months, occasionally logs you out without warning, disables the metrics (Face ID) and then uses a bizarre password stipulation of its very own that means you can’t use a standard password manager. Not helpful.
Later: updated app which is flagged “Jeep” instead of “Fiat” but now ok. However link provided to contact developers just goes to the top-level of web-site!

Charging for a service that the competitors provide free ! After the “free” trial to charge you for the same services. That and coupled with the fact that if you uninstall the app you can’t reinstall and add your vehicle!

EIGENTLICH ganz gut…
Eigentlich ist die App ja echt praktisch. Wartungen / Inspektionen bleiben im Überblick, ich kann im Parkhaus das Auto blinken lassen, kann es öffnen & schliessen (Praktisch wenn man kurz was aus dem Auto holen will und den Schlüssel nicht einstecken hat).
Der Standort des Autos ist grade in einer Großstadt und der dortigen Parkplatzsituation sehr praktisch, wenn man ständig ein gutes Stück von Zuhause weg parken muss. Hier kommt aber das grosse ABER: die Aktualisierung des Standortes ist leider öfters sehr verzögert (vor kurzem erst für sage & schreibe 3 Tage obwohl das Auto dazwischen oft bewegt wurde). Hierfür ist die Karten-App auf dem Auto wesentlich besser geeignet… wenn das mal besser funktioniert, gibts den 5. Stern!

L’application a le mérite d’exister toutefois quelques améliorations seraient à ajouter urgemment : quand un « ordre est envoyé » il est déconcertant de devoir attendre les yeux rivés sur son téléphone pour voir si l’action a bien fonctionné alors qu’il serait agréable de pouvoir faire autre chose de son téléphone et recevoir une indication de la réussite ou non de la demande.
Et ceci n’est qu’un exemple de maladresse de cet app.

Appalling product and appalling service
Sadly, the Fiat Abarth 500e is the single worst product I’ve ever purchased. Nice looks, and lovely to drive when it’s working. But in 20 months of ownership from new, I’ve had to call out RAC countless times due to 12v battery discharging. The service garage(s) have NEVER resolved things so the problems ceased. Fiat/ Stellantis have been APPALLING in the absence of their engagement with me. They have NEVER even tried to call me, despite many emails. I’m astonished this company is able to behave so badly to its customers.

Leider komplett ohne Funktion
Die App ist ja Toll, nur kann man damit überhaupt nichts machen. Fiat 500e die Funktionen habe ich Versucht zu Reaktivieren. Es kommt immer Erfolgreich, nur Funktioniert nichts. Auch mit Kostenpflichtigen Abo ohne Erfolg. Sehr traurig.
Nach 14 Tagen E-Mail und Telefonsupport wurde das Problem seitens uconnect gelöst. Es war wohl ein Datenbankfehler durch die Übernahme von altem Besitzer auf neuen Besitzer. So ist es nun gut.

Rubbish. I’m going back to Nissan where they let you see and control the basic charging and rclimate control functions without ripping off their EV customers for subscription fees!!

L’application ne fonctionne pas ou alors ce n’est vraiment pas clair
J’ai bien réussi a connecter la voiture avec le lien reçu par mail mais aucune fonctionnalité ne marche.. Pas de notifications quand la voiture est chargée, même pas de suivi en temps réel de la recharge..
Les programmation chauffage fonctionnent mal, il faut faire une partie depuis la voiture et une autre depuis l’application le lien ne se fait pas
Et on me dit que dans 6 mois c’est payant ?! Avant de faire payer vos utilisateurs assurez-vous que les fonctions de bases disponibles sur les applications de vos concurrents existent ET fonctionnent.. Au prix de la voiture je ne comprends même pas qu’on puisse proposer un service aussi inutile. Pas d’application reviendrai au même finalement. Perso je fais comme si il n’y avait pas d’application ça évite des frustrations

Ayant une Fiat 500 e l’appli est clairement indispensable notamment pour programmer la recharge aux heures creuses chez moi ou pour trouver ma voiture quand je ne sais plus où je l’ai garée et pour connaître le kilométrage total sans avoir à aller à sa voiture quand on en a besoin
Petit bémol quand on met à charger sa voiture on peut connaître l’autonomie en pourcentage et avec le visuel de la jauge mais pas le nombre de kilomètres dont l’affichage reste fixé au nombre avant de mettre en charge.

Shocked to have to pay for functionality
Just bought a nearly new Fiat 500e and shocked to find you have to pay for basic functionality like being able to control climate or charging.
Tesla have nailed this, Fiat have killed it. Avoid the brand if you want to be able to connect to the car with an app.

How can a 230MB app do nothing?
I’ve got an Abarth, which is supposed to be able to do uConnect stuff. No working app, links broken on the web site, no responses to requests for support and server errors. Nothing works and any contact disappears in to a black hole. Useless.
It fails every time
Loaded this app 3 times and reset password etc . Each time when tried to open app it tells me an error has occurred! What error, what should I do?
