App stopped working and had my card locked cant get ahold of my money

The app wants you to enter the code it emailed you but if you open your email to get the code, the app resets. You will then need to enter the information again and have another email send. It’s a poor design of an “app”.
Can’t log in
App used to work but I got a new card and it signed me out, have never been able to sign in since
Your Account will stay locked
I like to lock my account to avoid frauds. But then the service won’t let you connect to you card manager app, so your card will remain locked. I fixed this issue by my self by using an another device to login in the card manager app and unlock my card. Will not be using this again nor I would recommend anyone to use it unless you want your card to be permanently locked. Just go with a more known card manager apps that’s installed by millions. Until the back end developers fix this issue. Also wouldn’t recommend Fibre to partner with that dev.

Do not use this app
I locked my debit card through the app to avoid fraudulent charges. When I tried to go back in to unlock it, the app was broken. I tried deleting and redownloading both the card manager app and the banking app several times over two days. Nothing worked. After numerous phone calls, I finally got transferred to the right person who had to disable the card manager app and unregister me. Finally my card worked again. Not worth this headache at all. I’d rather fight fraud.

Useless app
I love Fibre however this app!
This app used to work fine. It seems every “upgrade” brings it more difficulty. I am now unable to log in to unlock my card. Totally useless app. Maybe time for a new developer.

Used to work okay
This app used to work fine, now it never allows you to log in. It’s a waste of time. Fibre has gone downhill as a community bank and their apps are keeping up with their service.
